    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 揮発性のメモリーＩＣを内蔵するバツクアツプ
    装置において、前記揮発性メモリーＩＣに記憶さ
    れた情報を保持するためのバツクアツプ用電池と
    、このバツクアツプ用電池の交換時に前記メモリ
    ーＩＣの情報を保持するために、外部の直流電源
    を接続するための外部電源端子とを具備したこと
    を特徴とするメモリーＩＣバツクアツプ装置。
