した側壁を形成し、その側壁を表板の上記屈曲部
の溝幅に適合する高さに形成し、裏板の上辺及び
両側辺の各側壁を表板の上辺及び両側辺の各屈曲
部の内側に沿わせると共に、裏板の下端部分を表
板下辺の屈曲部の溝内へ挿入し、その裏板を上記
