向フランジとを有し、キヤツプ部材は上記床板支
承部の没入を許容し上記収容部に収容されてボル
ト頭部のネジ側面を押える押え部を備え、基部は
ボルト受部の収容部が嵌合する凹部を有しこの凹
部を形成する壁部によつて収容部外側を囲撓する
とともに外向きフランジを支持したことを特徴と
