- 裏面周縁部に粗面を全周に互って形成してなる
金属製電極の表面に絶縁層を介して発光層と透明
電極を積層形成し、前記金属電極の裏面中央部を
残して前記粗面部および表面側全体を防湿フイル
ムによって被覆保護したことを特徴とするＥＬ素
子の防湿構造。
