案内手段の一部を該係止部材の位置を境に下方に
屈曲せしめてなり、該係止部材の下方に案内され
た上記巻取りロツドを更に巻戻し方向に回転させ
たとき、ロール状シートの外周が係止部材に当接
してシート面にテンシヨンを付与し得るように設
