Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 赤外線ヒータを備え、該赤外線ヒータから
    放射される赤外線によつて被調理物を加熱調理す
    る赤外線ヒータオーブンにおいて、オーブン本体
    にその内部と外部とを連通する少なくとも一つの
    開口を設け、該開口を介して内部空気を強制的に
    排出する強制排気手段を設けたことを特徴とする
    赤外線ヒータオーブン。 (2) 前記開口が被調理物をオーブン本体内の所
    定の位置に保持する支持体のレベルより上位に形
    成されている請求項１に記載の赤外線ヒータオー
    ブン。 (3) 前記支持体が、オーブン本体の相対する側
    壁に沿つて伸長し、相互に異なるレベルで配設さ
    れた複数対の支持棚に着脱自在に装着されている
    請求項２記載の赤外線ヒータオーブン。 (4) 前記支持体が金属からなり、黒体度０．１
    〜１．０の黒色に着色されている請求項２または
    ３記載の赤外線ヒータオーブン。 (5) 前記赤外線が、長波長の赤外線であつて、
    その波長の下限が１．５〜２．５μの範囲内にあ
    る請求項１〜４のいづれか一に記載の赤外線ヒー
    タオーブン。
