Claims (1)
- 被研摩面となる円筒内面に挿入される円筒シリ
ンダーと、該円筒シリンダーの外周に設けられた
複数の軸方向の噛合溝と、該ぞれぞれの噛合溝内
で前記円筒シリンダーの径方向に配設された複数
の油圧ピストンと、該複数の油圧ピストンに取付
けられ、円筒内面の被研摩面に油圧力を作用させ
て被研摩面を研摩する研摩材と、前記円筒シリン
ダーを回転させ、軸方向へ移動させる手段とを具
備してなることを特徴とする研摩装置。
