As shown in Figures 1 to 4, a large number of divided arch unit plates 1 and pillars 2 with an arch shape made of high-strength concrete are manufactured in a factory, and the divided arch unit plates 1 are assembled on site. A plurality of PC steel members 4 for horizontal tightening are arranged at intervals from a plurality of divided arch-shaped unit plates 1 which are connected to form an arch-shaped structure 3 and are butt-aligned in the length direction of the arch-shaped structure 3. For example, they are tightened using unbonded PC steel rods, and each divided arch-shaped unit plate 1 and support column 2 are rigidly connected using vertical tightening steel members 5. Further, on the inner surface side of each divided arch-shaped unit plate 1, small beams 6, 6a in the curved direction and in the straight direction are formed so as to intersect with each other, and the outer surface side is a substantially flat part 7, and some of the small beams 6a in the linear direction are formed. for
PC steel material 4 is penetrated. Note that the PC steel material 4 is an unbonded PC steel material coated with asphalt or tar to prevent adhesion of concrete to the prestressed concrete steel material, but a post-tensioned PC steel material using a sheath may also be used.
Further, the divided arch-shaped unit plate 1 and the pillar 2 may be formed of high-strength concrete containing fiber material. Further, the upper end of the column 2 is formed into a flat surface, and a plurality of anchor bolts 9 are arranged vertically at the upper end, and the anchor bolt 9 is formed at the center of the lower end of the split arch unit plate 1. It is inserted into a duct 11 provided in a flat part 10, is tensioned, and is fixed by a nut 12 to form a rigid part. As a result, the arch structure 3 is integrated on a large number of pillars 2 provided at intervals. Note that the flat part 10
are integrally formed at the lower end of the split arch unit plate 1, and as shown in FIG. 4, curved portions 10A are formed on both sides of the lower end of the flat portion 10 when viewed from the side. Further, a prestressed steel material (not shown) such as a prestressed steel wire may be provided on the support 2. Further, the width of the support column 2 becomes smaller toward the bottom, and a menase hinge-like contact portion 13 is formed at the lower end, and the lower end portion is embedded and fixed in the foundation 14.

Further, the upper end abutting portions 15 of the pair of opposing split arch unit plates 1 are rigidly connected by a fastening member 16 such as a bolt or nut to form a hinge portion 17. In that case, the hinge portion 17 may be provided with an elastic member such as hard rubber. Note that a large number of window holes 18 are scattered on the split arch unit plate 1.
A transparent or semi-transparent decorative board 19 such as a synthetic resin board is attached to each window hole 18 from the outside or inside using appropriate means such as a fastening member or a fitting member to form a lighting window 20 that allows daylight to enter. ing. Further, an opening 21 is formed between each support column 2.

In the above-described embodiment, a large number of divided arch-shaped unit plates 1 and pillars 2 are provided in an arch-shaped structure made of high-strength concrete, and the paired divided arch-shaped unit plates 1 are connected at their tops to form an arch-shaped structure. A plurality of divided arch unit plates 1 in the length direction of the arch structure 3 are fastened together using a PC steel material 4 for horizontal tightening, for example, an unbonded PC steel bar, and the lower end center portion of each divided arch unit plate 1 is A flat part 10 is formed, the pillar 2 is erected and fixed on the foundation 14, and the flat part 10 of the split arch unit plate 1 is placed on the flat surface of the upper end of the pillar 2. Flat part 1 of arch-shaped unit plate 1 divided by steel material 5
0 is rigidly connected to the pillar 2, and the arch shape 3 is mounted on the pillar 2.
Since the openings 21 are formed between each support column 2, it becomes a lightweight prefabricated concrete shelter that can be easily erected on site without blocking traffic, and reduces maintenance and repair costs. A plurality of divided arch-shaped unit plates 1 are tied together by the horizontal tightening PC steel material 4 to form the arch structure 3, and the arch structure 3 can be integrated on the support column 2 by the vertical tightening steel material 5, so it is sturdy. In addition, the contact portion 13 etc. can cope with ground subsidence and movement, resulting in high safety.Furthermore, since the outer surface of the arch structure 3 is formed into a flat portion 7, it is aesthetically pleasing.
Furthermore, the lighting windows 20 make the premises brighter. Further, since the arch structure 3 is firmly integrated on a large number of pillars 2 provided at intervals, and an opening 21 is formed between each pillar 2, the opening 21
This provides lighting and ventilation effects, and also allows the driver to see the scenery, making driving easier and safer. Furthermore, the area occupied by the unit plate is small and the overall weight is reduced, and a large space can be obtained inside the shelter.

[Effects of the invention] The present invention includes a large number of split arch unit plates and supports, and connects the paired split arch unit plates at their tops to form an arch structure. A plurality of divided arch-shaped unit plates in the length direction are fastened together using PC steel materials for horizontal tightening, and a flat part having a narrower width than the unit plate and having a duct is formed at the center of the lower end of each divided arch-shaped unit plate. A column having a width smaller than that of the split arch unit plate and having a flat surface at the upper end is erected and fixed on the foundation corresponding to each flat part of the split arch unit plate, and the flat surface of the split arch unit plate is attached to the flat surface of the upper end of this column. The vertical tightening steel material provided on the support is inserted into the duct provided on the flat part of the split arch unit plate, and rigidly connected to the support to integrate the arch structure onto the support. Since the lightweight prefabricated concrete shelter is constructed by forming an opening narrower than the split arch unit plate between each column, it can be easily assembled and erected on site without blocking traffic, and there is no need to worry about corrosion. Since there are no holes, maintenance and repair costs, which conventionally required a large amount of money, can be reduced, and since there are openings between each pillar, it has a ventilation effect.
