Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一端側に流入孔を有する弁座と流出孔を形成
    するケーシングと、このケーシングに摺動自在に
    嵌挿して弁座に嵌脱するプランジヤと、このプラ
    ンジヤの外周とこれに同芯のケーシングの内周と
    に摺動自在に嵌挿され且つ外径が小となる側の端
    部とプランジヤの弁座側端部との間にばねを介装
    すると共に、外径が大となる側の端面とケーシン
    グとの間に液室を形成する段付ピストンと、この
    段付ピストンの外周の段部と前記ケーシングの内
    周の段部とで形成される小室と、この小室と前記
    液室とを連通する通路を設け、前記プランジヤに
    前記流入孔と前記液室とを連通する貫通孔とこの
    貫通孔に絞り部を形成し、前記段付ピストンの小
    さい方の外径と前記流入孔の直径とを略等しくす
    ると共に、前記液室に低圧リリーフ作動時のプラ
    ンジヤストロークボリユームを吸収するためのピ
    ストン機構を臨ませたことを特徴とするリリーフ
    弁。 ２ ピストン機構を、外径が段付ピストンの内径
    に等しいピストンと、このピストンが段付ピスト
    ンと同時に動き始めるように設定したばねとで構
    成した請求項１記載のリリーフ弁。
