Claims (1)
- 外周にソレノイド・コイルを取り付けたステー
タと、前記ソレノイド・コイルの通電時に前記ス
テータに吸引されて流体通路を開くプランジヤと
、前記流体通路を閉じる方向に前記プランジヤを
付勢するバツク・スプリングとを有する電磁弁に
おいて、前記バツク・スプリングより小さいばね
荷重範囲内で、所定温度以上で増大し、所定温度
以下で減少するばね荷重を有し、前記バツク・ス
プリングと反対方向に前記プランジヤを付勢する
形状記憶合金製スプリングを設けたことを特徴と
する電磁弁。
