高層建物の基礎構造に関するものである。
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the foundation structure of a high-rise building, particularly a high-rise building having a tube structure.

The tube structure is often used in the structure of high-rise buildings, and the structure is designed such that columns are arranged at small intervals in the column direction in the core and around the core, with large gaps in the span direction. In this case, since the column spacing in the column direction becomes small, it may not be possible to install one large-diameter foundation pile under each column due to design considerations. Therefore, if the pile spacing is set at regular intervals, no piles will be placed directly under the pillars, and a large underground beam will be required.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention utilizes an underground continuous wall as a foundation pile, and with the tube structure, the building's own weight is large in super high-rise buildings, so there is no lack of soil bearing capacity, and the foundation requires pull-out resistance. In such cases, where conventional foundation piles cannot sufficiently achieve the purpose, the lower end of the underground continuous wall should be widened.

An underground continuous wall 3 of reinforced concrete structure was constructed at the bottom of the column 1 along the above column rows prior to the construction of the upper structure such as columns, and its lower end was expanded to about twice the width of the upper part of the underground continuous wall. be. Part of the structure, such as the pillar 1, is supported by this underground continuous wall 3.

By the way, the underground continuous wall 3 does not necessarily have to have a constant depth, and as shown in the figure, it can be partially deepened and can have a comb-like shape as a whole.

Note that the plan of the building is not limited to the rectangular shape shown in the figure, but can be applied to buildings with various planar surfaces such as circular and star-shaped.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since the continuous underground wall serves as a pile, construction can be performed without being affected by the column spacing. In addition, because the bottom of the underground continuous wall has been widened, the support area is wider than that of conventional piles, and it can sufficiently cope with cases where the weight of the building is large or the bearing capacity of the ground is insufficient, and it also has high pull-out resistance.
