  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背面電極層の上に順次、有機高分子樹脂ベ
    ースの電気絶縁層、有機高分子樹脂に発光剤を分
    散した材料からなる発光層、及び透明電極層とが
    積層形成された構造のエレクトロルミネツセンス
    ランプであつて、実用に先立つて予め背面電極層
    と透明電極層との間に電圧を課電して実用時にお
    ける消費電力を低減化してなることを特徴とする
    エレクトロルミネツセンスランプ。 (2) ラツプトツプ型液晶液晶デイスプレイの背
    面光源として用いられる第１請求項に記載のエレ
    クトロルミネツセンスランプ。
