Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円盤状に形成されて情報信号に対応する微
小凹凸を一方の主面に有する磁性スタンパを回転
担持部材のスタンパ担持面上に担持し且つ固定手
段により前記回転担持部材に固定して前記回転担
持部材を回転駆動しつつ前記スタンパの他方の主
面を研摩する研摩装置であつて、前記固定手段は
夫々前記スタンパを前記スタンパ担持面に向けて
吸引する磁力発生手段及び負圧発生手段から成る
ことを特徴とする研摩装置。 (2) 前記磁力発生手段は前記スタンパ担持面に
設けられた着磁磁性ゴムシートから成ることを特
徴とする請求項１記載の研摩装置。 (3) 前記ゴムシートの表面にプラスチツクがコ
ーテイングされていることを特徴とする請求項１
