Claims (1)
- 空気清浄フイルターより採り入れた空気は、加
圧送風機を介して高温加熱炉内の高温熱媒体槽に
設けた加熱パイプに送り込んで加熱自在とし、加
熱パイプの送出口は断熱構造とした圧送パイプに
接続し、圧送パイプの先端は熱風供給函に開放し
て高温空気を吹出自在とし、この熱風供給函に直
接或は調理目的にあつた調理鍋等を介して食物、
食器を収納自在としたた熱風式調理装置。
