いて、 上記反射板の天部に開口を形成して自然対流に
より反射板内の蒸気を外部へ排出するようにする
と共に、上記発熱体として高温光源ランプを用い
ると共に、上記反射板に開口を形成して上記高温
光源ランプからの光の一部を上記反射板の開口か
ら装置外へ投射させるようにしたことを特徴とす
