Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 低圧水銀ランプ１の両端部１ａに配置された通
水路２と、 前記通水路の排出口側に連通された熱交換器３
と、 前記熱交換器の排出口側に連通され水温検出器
４とヒータ５とを収設した冷却液タンク６と、 前記冷却液タンクの排出口側が前記通水路２の
流入口２ａ側に連通される循環ポンプ７と、 前記水温検出器４の検出温度信号を入力し内蔵
する温度設定器の設定温度信号とを突き合わせた
偏差信号によつて、前記ヒータ５の駆動電源８の
回路に設けた継電器の接点９の開閉を制御すると
共に、前記熱交換器３の冷却温度を制御する水温
設定器１０とから構成することを特徴とする低圧
水銀ランプの冷却循環装置。
