- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 箱型の装置本体の内部に、反射体を設け、同反
射体の内部に、オゾン洗浄用紫外線ランプを複数
本配設し、同オゾン洗浄用紫外線ランプを連続し
て点灯してなる洗浄装置において、 前記、反射体のオゾン洗浄用紫外線ランプの長
手方向の中心軸に対応する位置に等間隔に多数の
空気孔を設け、同空気孔よりオゾン洗浄用紫外線
ランプに冷却風が送風され、オゾン洗浄用紫外線
ランプを所定の温度に冷却するように構成したこ
とを特徴とする洗浄装置におけるランプ冷却構造
。
