Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 湯を入れることが可能な使い捨て型の飲食用容
器に於て、 少なくとも容器に設けられる取っ手が、ガラス
転移点以下の温度で外力による変形状態を維持す
ると共に、前記ガラス転移点以上の温度では成形
加工時に付与した形状に回復可能な形状記憶樹脂
によって形成され、前記ガラス転移点は少なくと
も４０度Ｃ以上１００度Ｃ以下に設定されると共
に、前記変形状態時の取っ手の形状は容器の周面
に沿った形状とされ、前記回復状態時の取っ手の
形状は容器の外周面から突出する形状とされてい
ることを特徴とする使い捨て型の飲食用容器。
