- フランジ部を一端に有し、フランジ前面にオー
リングを介してシールし、固定ベースへ取り付け
る石英炉芯管の取付構造において、フランジ後面
にオーリング及びガイド板を押さえ付けたことを
特徴とする石英炉芯管取付構造。
