Recently, decorative concrete blocks have been used to decorate the surfaces of concrete buildings.
Decorative concrete blocks of the prior art were formed by inserting a female mold made of expanded polystyrene into a formwork for concrete molding, and pouring concrete material into the space surrounded by the female mold and the formwork. On the other hand, recently, fiber-reinforced concrete containing fibers such as glass fibers has been used to improve the mechanical strength of concrete. This fiber-reinforced concrete is preferable because it does not cause cracks and when used on the surface of a concrete building, it can maintain a good appearance for a long period of time. However, forming relatively thick decorative concrete blocks for buildings using fiber-reinforced concrete is expensive and uneconomical, and this fiber-reinforced concrete is difficult to mold by pouring.
It was not possible to form decorative concrete blocks using prior art methods.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a fiber-reinforced concrete material is sprayed onto the surface of a female mold 10, and a decorative concrete plate 12 is formed as shown in FIG. form. An inexpensive foamed polystyrene plate is used for the female mold 10 because it is disposable, and a mold cavity 10a having a rough surface is formed on the surface of the plate by melting it by appropriate heating means. The fiber-reinforced concrete material contains short glass fibers, for example, and is removed from the mold cavity 1 of this female mold 10 from the gun.
Sprayed on 0a. In addition, decorative concrete board 1
2 is easily released from the female mold 10.
A mold release agent is applied to the surface of 0 in advance. The surface (decorative surface) 12a of the decorative concrete board 12 thus formed is brushed if necessary.

Next, this decorative concrete board 12
As shown in the figure, formwork 14 for concrete molding
It is attached to this formwork 14 so as to form a part of the mold. The formwork 14 consists of a formwork plate 16 facing the back side of the decorative concrete board 12, frame plates on both sides (not shown), and a bottom plate 18, and reinforcing pipes 20, 2.
The decorative concrete board 12 is fixed by through rods 22, 22' which penetrate the form board 16 and the decorative concrete board 12 so as to be sandwiched at 0' and are fixed to reinforcing pipes 20, 20'. Form board 1

The concrete material is decorative concrete board 12
A mold release agent such as oil is applied to the inner surface of the formwork 14 except for the inner surface of the formwork, and then poured into the formwork 14 to form a decorative concrete board 12 and a single block body 24. In this way, the formwork 14 is dismantled, and as shown in FIG.
A decorative concrete block 26 that is integrated with 4 is manufactured. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 28 indicates a reinforcing bar embedded in the block body 24. The threading rod 22 may remain embedded within the block body 24 or may be removed.

According to the present invention, as described above, even when manufacturing a relatively thick decorative concrete block, only the surface thereof can be made of fiber-reinforced concrete having a decorative surface, which is economical. It is formed by spraying into a female mold of fiber-reinforced concrete material that cannot be poured.
After that, this decorative concrete board is used as a part of the formwork, and concrete material is poured into the formwork to form a block body that is integrated with the decorative concrete board, making it easy to manufacture a decorative concrete block. There is strong integration with
