Claims (1)
- 軸受部材に内挿した回転軸の一端部に電動機を
直結し、軸受部材より供給された加圧空気で軸芯
に真空通路を有する回転軸を無接触支承する静圧
軸受型回転装置において、電動機側の回転軸端面
に配設され中心に真空通路を有するスラスト板の
平面部と回転軸の真空通路の延長線上に軸受ケー
シングに固定された吸引パイプの端面部とを微小
間隙を介して対向配設したことを特徴とする静圧
軸受型回転継手構造。
