Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 オイルから固体異物を分離するとともに、オイ
    ルの一部をバイパス側に還流させるようにした固
    体分離ユニツトと、オイルから気体異物を分離す
    るための気体分離ユニツトとを一つの容器に内蔵
    し、外部から前記容器に導入したオイルを前記固
    体分離ユニツト、前記気体分離ユニツトの順に通
    過させ、気体異物を多く含むオイルと気体異物の
    少ないオイルとに別けて前記容器から導出するバ
    イパス機能付きオイルフイルタであつて； 前記容器はベースプレート上に円筒カツプ状の
    ハウジングを被せて一体化した構造であり、前記
    ベースプレートには円形の中心開口部が形成され
    ているとともに、その外側にオイル導入孔が形成
    されており； 前記固体分離ユニツトは、上下エンドプレート
    の間に目の荒い濾過部材からになるフルフローエ
    レメントと、目の細かい濾過部材からなるバイパ
    スエレメントを挟んで一体化したものであり、各
    エレメントの内周側をそれぞれフルフロー側とバ
    イパス側のオイル通路に流通すべく画成し、かつ
    固体分離ユニツトは、前記ハウジング内に同心状
    に収容され、前記ハウジングの天井部と前記ベー
    スプレートとに挟まれて保持されており； 前記気体分離ユニツトは、フルフローエレメン
    トの内周に連通する円筒カツプ状のケース内に漏
    斗状の多孔壁の内側に旋回流室を形成したもので
    、前記旋回流室の中心部分に集められた気体異物
    の多いオイルを導出する細管をバイパス側に連通
    させて配管し、前記旋回流室の外周に集められた
    気体異物の少ないオイルを前記ケースの開口から
    メインオイルギヤラリ側に導出する構成とした； ことを特徴とするバイパス機能付きオイルフイ
    ルタ。
