Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱交換器と、該熱交換器への入水管と、前
    記熱交換器からの出湯管と、前記入水管の途中に
    設けられた水量検出センサと、該水量検出センサ
    による水量が最低作動水量以上の時のみ燃焼せら
    れるバーナと、前記入水管の前記水量検出センサ
    より上流側から分岐される分岐水管と、前記出湯
    管を流れる温水が異常高温時に前記分岐水管を通
    して水を出湯温水に混水させる異常高温時ミキシ
    ング器とを有することを特徴とする異常高温給湯
    防止機能付給湯装置。 (2) 異常高温時ミキシング器は、出湯管が接続
    される側に設けられた感熱部と、分岐水管が接続
    される側に設けられ、前記感熱部の挙動により異
    常高温時に開放される止水弁とを有することを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の異常高温給湯防止機能付
    給湯装置。
