けられる制御系において、 上記モータの停止状態を判断するモータ停止検
出部と、上記モータの停止時に上記モータ回転速
度センサの出力電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、上
記電圧検出部の電圧により異常を判断する異常判
断部とを備えることを特徴とするモータ回転速度
センサの異常検出装置。
