- 線状のセラミツクよりなる濾材層を枠組した厨
房用の油液濾過器において、濾過器の前記濾材層
は、多孔質のセラミツクを線状に形成すると共に
、これを円型施線体に連繋せしめ、該円型施線体
の数個を並設すると共に、該円型施線体を交互に
千鳥状に数段積層せしめ、且つ該濾材層の上下の
枠体には、外周の角部に所定間隔を設けて油流出
孔を穿設せしめ、更に、濾材層の左右の側枠には
、各種の把手部を各々装設した事を特徴とする厨
房用の油液濾過器。
