合接続し、前記センサ素子に前記収納部材に形成
した大気導入孔から大気を導入するようにした酸
素センサにおいて、 前記大気導入孔から前記センサ素子に至る大気
通路に粉状の吸液剤を充填すると共に、前記収納
部材の一端部を液密構造に形成したことを特徴と
