- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定対象の物理量を電気的信号として検出す
る検出装置の異常診断を行う装置において、 上記検出装置の出力信号の所定期間における変
化量を検出する変化量検出手段と、 該変化量検出手段によつて検出した変化量が所
定値上の場合には、上記検出装置に異常があると
判定する異常判定手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする異常診断装置。
