- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鎖交する交流磁束の強弱に対応する電気的
出力を発生する磁束検出用コイルと、該磁束検出
用コイルを被検出体に沿つて三次元移動させるた
めの支持アームと、前記磁束検出用コイルの出力
を処理して磁束の強弱とベクトル方向とを決定す
るための信号処理装置と、を有することを特徴と
する交流磁場計測装置。 (2) 請求項(1)に記載の交流磁場計測装置におい
て、前記支持アームが、直交形であるもの。 (3) 請求項(1)に記載の交流磁場計測装置におい
て、前記支持アームが、多関節形であるもの。
