- 保温容器と、この保温容器内に吊り下げられた
上下に分割されかつ電気ヒータを内蔵したヒータ
ブロツクからなるサンプルホルダと、保温容器に
液体ヘリウムを供給するヘリウム冷凍機とから構
成されることを特徴とする超電導試料の加熱装置
。
