第二ビームスプリツタと、この第二ビームスプリ
ツタにより反射された光の光路上に配設されたコ
リメート光検知手段と、このコリメート光検知手
段に接続され前記駆動台を前記コリメートレンズ
に入射する光の光軸と垂直な面内で移動させるコ
リメートレンズ駆動手段とよりなることを特徴と
