Claims (1)
- 光デイスクに照射する光ビームを出射する光学
ヘツドの対物レンズを、少なくとも光デイスク面
に直角方向に近付けたり遠ざけたりするように移
動させることができ、消去時は対物レンズを移動
させてジヤスト・フオーカス状態からデフオーカ
ス状態にして消去用ビームを得るように構成した
ことを特徴とする相変化型光デイスク用検査装置
。
