- 集積回路のリードピンが配設された側面の内、
少なくとも一側面を、回路基板の外部接続端子が
配設されている側辺に近接対向させて配置し、該
リードピンと該外部接続端子を該回路基板に形成
されたパターン配線で接続すると共に、該パター
ン配線のパターンを直線または直線に近い形状と
なるよう構成してなる回路基板装置。
