- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 悪臭により抵抗値が減少する金属酸化物半導体
と、この金属酸化物半導体を加熱するためのヒー
タとを設けたガスセンサと、 ガスセンサの金属酸化物半導体に直列に接続し
た発熱体とを設けると共に、 金属酸化物半導体と発熱体との直列片と、ヒー
タとのそれぞれを商用電源に接続し、 かつ発熱体により加熱される位置に、揮発性の
消臭剤または芳香剤を設けた、消臭器。
