温を適性温度に制御するエンジンの冷却装置にお
いて、ラジエータの一方のタンクを仕切板で内部
区画してインレツト室及びアウトレツト室を形成
し、インレツト室とエンジンの冷却水出口、及び
、アウトレツト室とエンジンの冷却水入口とをそ
れぞれ冷却水通路で接続し、前記サーモスタツト
を仕切板に設けるとともに、タンク内の変化する
冷却水温が、ラジエータが放熱を必要とする所定
の冷却水温に対応する閉弁温度より低いとき開弁
し、高いとき閉弁するように構成したことを特徴
