- 耐熱性の可撓性材で形成したベローズの周面に
そつて冷却管をスパイラル状に配設するとともに
、上記ベローズに直接的にまたは金属材の薄箔材
やメツシユ材の熱伝導可撓材を介して冷却管を取
着したことを特徴とする高温用ベローズ。
