[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) Paint for visible light that can be seen with the naked eye and paint for invisible light that can be detected using an appropriate detector are applied to the surface of the ad balloon body 1 in an appropriate arrangement pattern. Ad balloon for traffic signals. (2) The surface of the ad balloon body 1 is coated with a reflective paint for laser light 2, a luminescent/fluorescent paint that can be seen with the naked eye, or a self-luminous paint 3, and a treatment that emits light with a wavelength close to the resonance absorption spectrum of the light receiving sensor S. The signal advertising balloon is coated with a light-to-heat converting paint 4 arranged in an appropriate pattern. (3) The reflective paint 2 for laser light is formed of a VIS region laser mirror made of aluminum, silver, rhodium, chromium, etc. or an IR region laser mirror made of gold or the like. Signal advertising balloon. (4) Luminescent/fluorescent paints are daylight fluorescent paints, phosphorescent paints, and luminescent paints that utilize the fluorescence/phosphorescence phenomenon of substances, and self-luminous paints include promethium luminescent paints,
3. The signal advertising balloon according to claim 1, wherein the balloon is made of tritium luminescent paint or radium luminescent paint. (5) The signal advertising balloon according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the light-heat conversion paint 4 is a light selective absorption paint, a sunlight absorption paint, a heat ray absorption paint, a heat ray reflection paint, or an ultraviolet blocking paint. (6) As a light-to-heat converting paint for the area where the light receiving sensor emits light in the far infrared wavelength range, white pigments that reflect solar heat or thermoplastic or thermosetting resin paints containing metals such as silver or aluminum, or ceramic paints may be used. 3. The signal advertising balloon according to claim 1, wherein the balloon is made of infrared ink. (7) The signal advertising balloon according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a coating arrangement pattern of a laser beam reflective paint, a luminescent/fluorescent or self-luminous paint, and a light/thermal converting paint is formed in horizontal parallel strips that alternately repeat. . (8) Claim 1 consisting of a vertical strip pattern in which a coating arrangement pattern of a laser beam reflective paint, a luminescent/fluorescent or self-luminous paint, and a light/heat converting paint is repeated alternately.
6. Signal advertising balloons according to items 6 to 6. (9) The signal material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the coating arrangement pattern of the laser beam reflective paint 2, the luminescent/fluorescent or self-luminous paint 3, and the light-to-heat converting paint 4 is alternately repeated in a spiral shape. Ad balloon. (10) The signal advertising balloon according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the coating arrangement pattern of the laser beam reflective paint 2, the luminescent/fluorescent or self-luminous paint 3, and the light-heat converting paint 4 is irregularly arranged.
