ブラシが挾持され、かつ両テープのうちの少なく
とも一方が導電性を有するテープである除電ブラ
シにおいて、これらの表面テープおよび裏面テー
プのうちの少なくとも一方が比較的肉薄の弾性を
有するテープであることを特徴とする除電ブラシ
。 (2) この表面テープとして弾性を有する合成樹
脂製のテープを使用する一方、この裏面テープに
導電性を有するテープを使用した請求項１記載の
