Claims (1)
- 多種類の料理材料を加熱手段を有する窯内に順
次供給して当該料理材料を連続的に蒸し焼きする
ようにした連続式オーブン装置において、左右方
向へ長く延びる箱状の窯２内に、左右方向に延び
るチエンコンベヤ４を設け、前記窯２の前面他側
寄り位置に、少なくとも２個以上の排出口８，９
を前記チエンコンベヤ４に対抗させて設け、さら
に前記窯２の排出口８，９側に、排出口８，９の
数と同数のフライパン引出し手段１１，１２を該
排出口８，９にそれぞれ対応させて装着し、前記
排出口８，９付近にフライパンＦ，Ｆの形状の差
異を検出して前記フライパン引出し手段１１，１
２を作動させるセンサ２０，２１をそれぞれ配設
したことを特徴とする連続式オーブン装置。
