Claims (1)
- 材料載置面を有するホルダー本体と、当該ホル
ダー本体に付設されてその材料載置面上に材料を
保持するバネ鋼からなる第１の保持バネと、上記
ホルダー本体に付設されており、蒸着時に遷移温
度以上に加熱されて上記材料載置面上の材料に保
持力を付加する形状記憶合金からなる第２の保持
バネとを備えていることを特徴とする蒸着装置用
材料ホルダー。
