Claims (1)
- 共通の管の一端を、ワーク表面に対向するよう
槽内に配設した複数のノズルに連通し、該管の他
端を分岐させて各分岐管を給液弁を介して処理液
タンクに接続させる一方、送風機に接続した送風
管を給気弁を介して上記共通の管に連通させると
ともに、上記分岐管に設けた各給液弁と送風管に
設けた給気弁をワークに施す処理の順に従つて交
互に開閉制御するようにしたことを特徴とする塗
装前処理装置。
