の許容値の幅が非常に小さい。 Conventional wire bundle clamps, for example, are shown in Fig. 1A,
As shown in (b), since the C-shaped elastic curved bands 3 and 4 integrally formed on the mounting boards 1 and 2 form a single band-like body, they do not stretch or contract when gripping the wire bundle. It is possible. Therefore, as soon as the amount of wire bundle to be gripped increases and the diameter of the wire bundle even slightly exceeds the allowable value of the wire bundle clamp, the locking protrusions 5 and 6 are latched to the locking portions 7 and 8. becomes difficult and cannot be clamped. In other words, the range of allowable values for the gripping diameter is very small.

前記問題点は解決されていない。 By the way, in order to reliably clamp the wire bundle without loosening, it is desirable to clamp the wire bundle to the maximum of the above-mentioned tolerance value. However, as mentioned above, conventional wire bundle clamps have a small tolerance for the gripping diameter, so if the wire bundle is even slightly oversized than the maximum gripping diameter, it is difficult to clamp it.
On the other hand, if the size is even slightly smaller, a gap will be created between the wire and the bundle of wires, resulting in the problem that it is not enough to securely clamp the wire without loosening. In addition, the wire bundle clamp shown in FIG.
Although the above problem has been solved, the C-shaped elastic curved band 9 itself is just a band-like body and is not elastically expandable in the arc direction, so it is difficult to elastically secure the wire bundle. In terms of gripping, the above-mentioned problems have not been solved.

いう問題があつた。 Further, the conventional electric wire bundle clamp has locking protrusions 5, 6, 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, for example.
are rigidly integrated into the C-shaped elastic curved bands 3, 4, 9, respectively. Therefore, in order to unlock, hold the finger hooks 11, 12, 13 and the finger hooks 51, 52, 53 provided on the mounting board side with your fingers to loosen them, and then tighten the finger hooks. Part 1
1, 12, and 13 must be pushed into the inside of the C-shaped elastic curved band to disengage the respective locking protrusions 5, 6, and 10 from the mounting board side locking portions. Therefore, there has been a problem that it is very difficult to unclamp and difficult to handle in a narrow space where electric wires, electronic equipment, parts, etc. are crowded. In other words, there is a problem in that it is difficult to firmly grasp the wires whether the amount of the wire bundle is small or large, and it is difficult to clamp the wires reliably against the large pulling force especially when the amount of wire bundles is large. In the wire bundle clamp, the C-shaped elastic curved band itself is locally curved in a meandering manner from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside, and both ends are C-shaped. Elastic protrusions open on both sides of the elastic curved band are provided in the wire bundle insertion direction, and the open end side of the C-shaped elastic curved band is bent so as to be elastically deformable outward, and a stepped shape is provided near the bent portion. A locking protrusion is formed, and a clamp operation piece formed by bending the end of a bent C-shaped elastic curved band outward is integrally provided, while at least two protrusions are formed on the mounting board. The bent portions are spaced apart such that the bent portion can be inserted thereinto, and a locking portion that can be hooked to the locking protrusion is provided protruding from the inner surface of one of the protrusions.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 14 denotes a mounting board made of elastic synthetic resin (for example, nylon), and a C-shaped elastic curved band 16 of a constant width is provided on the mounting board 14 by integral molding. The curved band 16 has elastic protrusions 18 that are locally curved from the inside to the outside of the curved band 16 itself.
are formed in the width direction of the curved band 16, that is, in the wire bundle insertion direction, and both ends thereof are open on both sides of the curved band 16. As a result, the maximum gripping diameter of the curved band 16 can be slightly expanded and contracted depending on the amount of the wire bundle, and stress concentration can be alleviated. Note that three elastic protrusions 18 are provided on the curved band 16 at approximately equal positions. The number can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

is formed. A finger hook 26 is provided protrudingly on the curved band 16 near the clamp operation piece 24, and the clamp operation piece 24 can be grasped with the fingers together with the finger hook 26, and the tip of the clamp operation piece 24 can be lifted up.
By elastically deforming the bent portion 20, the position of the locking protrusion 22 can be changed inward of the curved band 16.

8 is 4 surrounding the locking protrusion 22 to be latched.
A locking portion 30 is formed inside the side wall that is configured of two side walls and faces the locking protrusion 22.
The locking protrusion 22 can be locked.
Note that the protrusion 28 facing the locking protrusion 22 may be formed low so that the locking protrusion 22 can be easily fitted into the protrusion 28 from the outside to the inside. Both sides of the mounting board 14 are largely chamfered to form inclined portions 32. Therefore, there is an advantage that the wire is not easily damaged even if the wire is pulled during insertion.

moves upward, and the wire bundle can be attached through the gap with the protrusion 28. By pushing the bent portion 20 into the protrusion 28, the locking protrusion 2
2 and the locking portion 30 are engaged and locked with each other, and a clampable state is achieved. After being latched, the latching protrusion 22 is surrounded by side walls on all sides, so that lateral displacement is prevented and the inconvenience of inadvertent unclamping can be avoided. Also, curved band 1
6 is formed with an elastic protrusion 18, so even if the wire bundle becomes larger than the gripping diameter of the wire bundle clamp, the elastic protrusion 18 is elastically deformed and the curved band 16 is extended. It can be clamped well, and even if sudden bending stress is applied to the curved band 16, the stress concentration is alleviated by the elastic protrusions 18, and no damage occurs. Furthermore, elastic protrusion 1
8 has considerable elasticity in order to firmly grip the wire even when there is a small bundle of wires, and therefore, when there is a large bundle of wires, the tension force that pulls the C-shaped elastic curved band 16 increases. However, in this embodiment, a bent portion 20 is formed, and the bent portion 20 is further provided with a locking protrusion 22 that engages with the locking portion 30 of the protrusion 28. Therefore, the clamp will not come off easily. To release the clamp, all you have to do is push the clamp operation piece 24 toward the inside of the C-shaped elastic curved band and disengage the locking protrusion 22 and the locking part 30, so it can be operated with just one finger. in,
Therefore, it is easy to use even in narrow spaces.

易であるという顕著な特長を有する。 As detailed above, according to the present invention, since the C-shaped elastic curved band is provided with elastic protrusions, even an oversized wire bundle can be clamped by elastically deforming the elastic protrusions. Furthermore, even if a force is applied in a direction to bend the C-shaped elastic curved band, stress concentration is alleviated and damage can be prevented. Further, an elastically deformable bent part is formed on the open end side of the C-shaped elastic curved band, and a locking protrusion is provided near the bent part, and furthermore, the end of the C-shaped elastic curved band is bent. Since the clamp operation piece is formed at the top, the clamp can be unclamped simply by pushing the clamp operation piece. Therefore, it has the advantage of being easy to use even in narrow spaces. In other words, it is possible to grip the wire securely when there is a small bundle of wires, and it is also possible to grip the wire securely even when there is a large bundle of wires and the pulling force on the C-shaped elastic curved band is very large, and it is also possible to release the clamp. It has the remarkable feature of being easy to use.
