    装置に於いて、 筒状に形成されたスカム防止筒と、 スカム防止筒を上下移動可能に貯留槽内に支持
    した移動機構と、 スカム防止筒内に設けられ、スカム防止筒を上
    澄水に侵入すると、スカム防止筒の端部開口から
    スカム防止筒内に流入した上澄水が流入する上澄
    水排出トラフと、 一端が上澄水排水トラフに連通され、他端が貯
    水槽外に開口され、スカム防止筒の上下移動時に
    屈伸可能に関節状に連結された上澄水排出管と、 スカム防止筒の外周に設けられ、水面上に浮遊
    しているスカムが上澄水と共に流入する開口部を
    形成したスカム排出トラフと、 スカム排出トラフに連通され、他端が貯水槽外
    に開口され、スカム防止筒の上下移動時に屈伸可
    能に関節状に連結されたスカム排出管と、 から成ることを特徴とする上澄水排出装置。
