Claims (1)
- 変圧器の中性点を接地した２次巻線の両端に、
複数のコンデンサの一端を互いに並列接続して成
るコンデンサ群をそれぞれ接続し、変圧器の２次
巻線の中性点と両コンデンサ群の１段目のコンデ
ンサの他端とを整流器を介してそれぞれ接続し、
両コンデンサ群の各コンデンサの他端間を１段ず
つずらせて整流器を介してそれぞれ接続し、両コ
ンデンサ群の最終段のコンデンサの他端間に２個
の整流器を突き合わせて接続し、そしてこの突き
合わせ接続点を直流高電圧端子に接続したことを
特徴とする直流高電圧発生装置。
