揺動ノズル機構を示すためのもので、第１図は全
体構成を示す断面図、第２図は要部の平面図、第
３図および第４図は要部の拡大斜視図、第５図は
要部を示す断面図、第６図はノズルの端部を示す
拡大正面図、第７図はスロツト内のノズルを示す
要部の正面図、第８図は従来のノズルを示す拡大
正面図である。 ２は揺動軸、３は取付部、５はノズルアーム、
５ａは角孔、７はノズル、７ａはノズル基部、７
ｂはノズル孔、８は突子、１１はカム、２３はカ
ム駆動機構である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定角度往復揺動すると共に上下動できる
    ように構成された揺動軸２と、前記揺動軸２の上
    部に設けられた取付部３と、前記取付部３に回動
    自在に軸支されノズル７を有するノズルアーム５
    と、前記揺動軸２の外周に設けられカム駆動機構
    ２３によって回転されるカム１１と、前記カム１
    １の外周に当接し前記ノズルアーム５の下端に形
    成された突子８とを備え、前記揺動軸２の揺動と
    上下動および前記カム１１の回転によって前記ノ
    ズル７の先端部が楕円状に移動するようにした巻
    線機用揺動ノズル機構において、前記ノズル７の
    軸方向に各々独立して形成された一対のノズル孔
    ７ｂを有し、前記各ノズル孔７ｂは、直線方向に
    重合して形成されていることを特徴とする巻線機
    用揺動ノズル機構。 (2) 前記ノズル７の基部に形成されたノズル基
    部７ａは、角形状をなし、このノズル基部７ａが
    前記ノズルアーム５に形成された角孔５ａ内に保
    持されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の巻
    線機用揺動ノズル機構。
