Description
第１図ないし第３図は本考案の一実施例を示す
もので、第１図は回転子の縦断側面図、第２図は
電動機の縦断側面図、第３図はスロツト内に導体
を鋳込み成形した状態の鉄心の縦断側面図であり
、第４図及び第５図は従来の回転子を示す夫々第
１図及び第３図相当図である。 １１はフレーム、１４は固定子、１７は軸受、
１８は回転子、１９は鉄心、２０は軸、２１はカ
ラー、２４は軸孔、２５はスロツト、２６は凹陥
部、２７は導体である。

Claims (1)
- 中心部に軸孔を形成すると共に外周部のスロツ
ト内に導体を鋳込み成形し且つ端面部に前記軸孔
よりも径大な凹陥部を形成して該軸孔をこの凹陥
部の底面において開口させた鉄心と、前記軸孔に
挿入された軸と、前記凹陥部の底面における前記
軸孔の近傍を強圧することにより設けられ該軸孔
の内面を前記軸に圧接させて前記鉄心と軸とを固
着するかしめ部と、前記凹陥部よりも径大に形成
され前記鉄心の端面に当接させるように前記軸に
挿入されたカラーとを具備してなる電動機の回転
子。
