Claims (1)
研磨車の側面に押し付け前記試料の一面を研磨す
る試料研磨機において、前記試料を保持するとと
もに前記研磨車の側面に対して任意の角度に変え
て固定する試料ホルダと、この試料ホルダを前記
研磨車の側面に送り込む距離及び押圧する力を任
意に設定するスライド軸及びスプリングを内蔵す
る送り機構とを備えることを特徴とする試料研磨
