Claims (1)
- 本体との嵌合部が半球状のワーク取付部と、該
ワーク取付部が傾斜、回動自在に嵌合する半球状
凹部を有する本体部とから成り、ワーク取付部及
び本体部に各々磁石が、互いに吸引するように内
蔵され、かつ前記ワーク取付部と本体の嵌合部の
本体部にエア吹出口を形成したことを特徴とする
研磨治具。
