に筒状部の周壁の内側に向かつて開放する挿入凹
部を設け、この挿入凹部と筒状部の周壁とで構成
されるラチエツト室内に筒状部の内周面に当接す
る爪部材を弾発体により支持し、爪部材のこの当
接部と筒状部の内周面とに互いに係合するラチエ
ツト爪を設け、爪部材は、ラチエツト室における
、挿入凹部の底壁の挿入部軸方向と直行する断面
一端部と、筒状部の周壁とに挟まれる位置と、挿
入凹部の底壁の挿入部軸方向と直行する断面他端
部と、筒状部の周壁とに挟まれる位置とを選択的
