- 円筒状の丸刃と該丸刃から放射状に延設された
複数の切れ刃とから構成された円筒刃と、該円筒
刃の反対側に配設された案内筒と、前記円筒刃と
案内筒が挿嵌された野菜切断部と、野菜を野菜切
断部へ押圧する押圧桿と、該押圧桿を軸方向へ摺
動自在に支承する支持筒と、前記押圧桿を操作す
る操作レバーとを備えたことを特徴とする野菜カ
ツター。
