    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 建物躯体の窓開口部の左右側縁に沿つて一対の
    固定桟を固設し、該両固定桟間に可動面格子部材
    を昇降可能に配設し、該可動面格子部材を固定桟
    にロツクするロツク装置を設けると共に、該ロツ
    ク装置のロツクを解除し、上記可動面格子部材を
    下降させたときに、その可動面格子部材が建物躯
    体の外壁面に沿う避難梯子を形成するようにして
    なる面格子。
